Hi!
Marina Porras Chassignet, born in Barcelona and based in Berlin, studied visual communication at the University of the Arts Berlin, where she also completed her postgraduate master's degree in illustration. She has received different grants and scholarships, amongst others at The Fabric Workshop and Museum Philadelphia (2014) and The Danish Art Workshops Copenhagen (2017). She was also co-founder of the risograph-printing workshop 'Penthaus für schöne Formate' in Berlin (2016). Since 2016 she works as a freelance illustrator in different disciplines such as editorial, textile design, packaging or interior design and has been working on various teaching assignments for a variety of institutions, amongst others at the University of the Arts Berlin.
